Gardening Techniques help in protecting Environment

An appropriate Yard care and gardening activities have a direct and positive impact on the neighborhood and colony environment. Landscape design and maintenance inserts in a society, standard of prosperity, coolness, and peacefulness.

  • Children (and adults) can enjoy the environment as lawn provides tidy space.
  • Healthy growing lawn or garden provides rich cooling to the local surroundings.
  • Grass traps helps in controlling dust and pollen in the air that may cause allergic reactions.
  • Grass helps to reduce noise and reflected light, which are common troubles in the urban areas.
  • Grass is a very useful element of the urban ecosystem to dispose pollutants. It is observed that, twenty-five square feet of quickly growing grass transforms complete carbon dioxide into oxygen for single person per day.
  • Soil microorganisms present with grass completely breakdown various pollutants, which includes air contaminants, pollen, and pesticides.
  • A thick turf grass supports 15 times less overflow than a lower quality lawn. In the landscape arrangement, grassy areas are the best process to reduce pollution caused by surface overflow.
  • Mowed (trimmed) lawns are considered as a major fire control factor in residential areas.
