Where
Where you are going to organize an event is very important. The selection of an event should be based on the convenience of audience, location should be near to the audience locality.

When
When you are going to organize an event. Date and time should be planned before organizing the event. Date should be on festivals, holidays or Sundays and time should be convenient to the audience and guest. This makes the possibility of audience to attend the event and will make the event successful.
