In What Ways is Vitamin A Beneficial?

Vitamins are essential nutrients that are required for your body in very smaller amounts for normal growth, metabolism, developing and physical well-being. Some of the vitamins are present in your daily consuming food and some are not. Vitamins are taken in smaller quantities and they are also essential for digestion of food . So you must take diet such as fruits and vegetables. Some vegetables and fruits also do not give vitamins so we have to take from otherwise deficiency results.

Vitamin A, chemically known as retinol, is a fat-soluble vitamin that is available in food sources such as apricots, broccoli, cantaloupe, carrots, kale, liver, mangoes, red peppers, spinach and sweet potatoes and apple.

There are many benefits of vitamin A mentioned below.
  • It strengthens the immune system of the human body and helps in preventing the problems of urinary, respiratory, and intestinal tact.
  • It helps the eyes to have healthy vision so that you can differentiate light and dark colors. It also prevents most of the eye related problems.
  • This vitamin makes the layer called dentine present on our teeth health and and prevents from dental related problems.
  • This vitamin produces a compound called calcium phosphate which that prevents pain, nausea and vomiting caused in the urinary system.
Last but not the least it prevents cancer, skin related problems, improves the reproductive system, asthma, headaches, diabetes, sinus infection, anemia, glaucoma, wounds, sun burns, deafness etc,. Too much taking of vitamin A is also harmful.
