Eating is compulsory to every individual. But eating the right food helps in maintaining good health and strengthens every vital part of the body. Among the various organs, dental organs are one of the harder parts in the body, and it is needed to take right diet to maintain them. Strong teeth are important for grinding the things which we eat. Since, we cannot avoid eating, it becomes necessary for us to maintain a stronger teeth which facilitates proper eating.

Good food habits are helpful for teeth. Few of those are

Fresh fruits: Eating oranges, apples, kiwis, strawberries, citrus fruits is beneficial which contains vitamin-C. Vitamin-C is important to teeth for holding the cells together to provide healthy gums.

Calcium foods: Dairy products like milk and cheese are major sources of calcium which are important for bones and teeth in human body.

Almond nuts, peanuts, cashews are the major sources of magnesium. Magnesium is important for formation of teeth and bones.

Animal food:
Chicken, fish, eggs, beef etc., are the sources of vitamin D. They protect your teeth by actively preventing tooth decay.
